2023年6月に開催された12th International Conference on Predictive Modelling in Food（第12回予測微生物学国際学会）にて、食品の腐敗リスク低減策の効率的な決定のための、ラマン分光法と機械学習を利用した微生物の特性評価手法開発に関する研究成果をポスター発表しました。
