An e-mail notifying the reception of your inquiries will not reach you if your e-mail address is not correctly entered. If you think you have entered an incorrect e-mail address, please redo the procedure.
Inquiries are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, during Golden Week (from late April to early May), the year-end/New Year holidays, and the company’s summer holidays, and outside the regular office hours. Responses to inquiries sent during these periods may be delayed.
E-mail responses will be addressed exclusively to the persons making inquiries. They cannot be copied, reused or reproduced either partially or entirely or be disclosed to a third party without Nippon Shinyaku’s prior consent.
