What is LACTOCRYSTAL plus?
LACTOCRYSTAL plus is a powdered native whey protein isolate (WPI) separated and purified from fresh milk whey. It can be used as a protein source in various acid food applications. Highly stable to heat, it can also be used in transparent beverages.

With a high content of essential amino acid, LACTOCRYSTAL plus has an amino acid score of 100. It is characterized by high contents of valine, leucine, and isoleucine (collectively referred to as “BCAA” or branched chain amino acids).
