Nippon Shinyaku considers the health and well-being of its employees as a foundation for enhancing corporate value. We will continue to advance initiatives aimed at realizing this commitment.

Key Initiatives at Nippon Shinyaku
1. Promoting Health Literacy
To create an environment where employees can proactively manage their health , Nippon Shinyaku has introduced video-based health programs tailored to individual health concerns and installed body composition analyzers at each business site.
At the Head Office, we also host an annual Health Fair offering services such as bone density measurements and personalized guidance from instructors based on assessment results. Through these initiatives, we aim to encourage daily self-care habits and enhance overall health awareness.

2. Strengthening Follow-up After Stress Checks
Employees identified as having high stress levels through the annual stress check receive one-on-one consultations with industrial physicians or public health nurses.
We also conduct line-care training and individual consultation sessions for managers to deepen their understanding of mental health and establish a framework for providing appropriate support.
These efforts promote early detection, early intervention, and prevention of deterioration in mental health conditions.

3. Facilitating Well-being Dialogue Sessions at Each Business Site
We host dialogue sessions that provide employees with opportunities to speak openly about “their own happiness” and “others’ happiness.”
By creating opportunities to share personal values, these sessions help foster mutual understanding, strengthen trust within the workplace, and enhance psychological safety.
