Policy on Public Disclosure of Clinical Trial Information
Nippon Shinyaku discloses information on clinical trials sponsored and conducted by the Company using investigational products, excluding studies conducted solely to confirm the biological equivalence of pharmaceuticals, on publicly accessible clinical trial registration websites.
Each clinical trial registry is intended to provide appropriate information to the general public and medical professionals. The information registered includes an overview of the clinical trial protocol and the current status of trial conduct.
Policy on Disclosure of Clinical Trial Results
For all clinical trials for which Nippon Shinyaku acts as the sponsor and whose protocols have been publicly disclosed, the Company registers and discloses summary results in databases on publicly accessible websites in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
