Health Challenge Campaign
The Health Challenge Campaign (organized by Tokio Marine & Nichido Medical Service) is intended for employees to improve their lifestyles and enhance their health. During this once-a-year campaign, participants can enjoy taking various health-related courses of their choice. In FY2020, 46.9% of Nippon Shinyaku employees participated in the campaign, and 47.9% of participants reached the achievement standard. In particular, 66.3% of participants in their 50s and above reached the achievement standard, an increase of 8.7 percentage points from the previous year. In the next fiscal year, we aim to increase the number of participants and the number of those who reach the achievement standard, by constantly providing related information to attract many more participants and adopting well-designed measures to maintain their motivation.
